VEY SHOCKING: SARKODIE WAS ANGRY AND EMOTIONAL – LAWYER PLEADS WITH GTP AND GHANAIANS
Sports Journalist, In-law and lawyer for hip-hop act, Sarkodie, Moses Foh Amoaning in an interview has apologized to Ghanaian African print Fabric producer, GTP and all Ghanaians on behalf of his client (Sarkodie).
In a radio interview, Lawer Foh Amoaning said, “I won’t beat about the bush, let me on behalf of the SarkCess family and Sarkodie apologize to GTP and all Ghanaians. When you are rapping and want to respond in a metaphorical manner, that’s one of the things that happen.”
For the lawyer, Sarkodie, his client was carried away by his emotions and anger was not an exception.
He further took Ghanaians back to when the artiste started; stating that, since his emergence on the rap scene, he has never done anything like that hence it was not his intention to ridicule GTP Textiles.
“We (Ghanaians) have listened to his raps over the years, and we all know that that’s not how he is, he didn’t in any way meant to disrespect the GTP brand. He didn’t mean to condemn the GTP brand at all.
“It’s like he was angry. I apologize to all Ghanaians and again, GTP and Mark Okraku Mantey is going too far.”
Late last month, Sarkodie indirectly jabbed Ghanaian rappers with the release of Bossy and rapper M.anifest who was not happy with the development decided to give the former a taste of his own medicine by releasing god MC early this month.
His gesture did not go down well with Sarkodie hence the decision to get back at him with Kanta.
